Here is the only "documentation" I could find on the Barak proposal. poica.org Perhaps you, GZ, and others would like to comment on the following: 1) Is it reasonable to accept a division of one's country into 3 parts without access to Jerusalem, The Jordan River, and the Dead Sea? 2) Is it reasonable to have one's country encompassed by settlements of another country? Yes, I saw that the map was produced by some Arab service. If you have another map or description of the Barak proposal then post it.
