I hold NCF & NCA for years, the dividend could not cover the loss. Then more I buy the deeper the hole.

---- Thanks for your input George. Now may I ask how you did your additional purchases? What method did you follow? Was it anything like mine so we can do a proper comparison as to the results? Now as I showed my method uses historical past trust trading data to guide ones additional purchases. It sets up ranges to guides ones purchases over time. High ranges are where we do not buy but just collect the income. Low ranges are where we buy and accumulate. Now inbetween we can do as conditions warrant especially closer to that low range. Now I have only been in NCF for little more than a year. I bought at $18 at $16 at $14 and at $10 as the price was falling last year according to my method. Each time buying much more units than the time before. Now the trading record for NCF clearly shows that from that low of $10 it went back up to $14. That was slightly more than my average cost. Which meant that I was break even unit price wise or better. And I was collecting high current monthly income the whole time. I have again repeated that process above with the recent fall. And as history shows as it did recent the unit price will recover again from that because that is what it does time after time after time. Your comment on this and answers to the questions I raised would be appreciated. Just on a side note NCF has made a nice move from its recent lows glad I was able to catch a peice of that. That brings my average cost down lower still. Which means I will not have to wait for it to goback up to under $14 for it to break even unit price wise. ---------------
