Maybe they'll explain maybe they won't. We'll probably have to wait for the 10K to see how much AMD had to pay to get out of this one.

AMD, Saifun Settle Flash Memory Lawsuit

Looks like Saifun will be siphoning off some of those MirroBit profits from AMD.
There goes that advantage of MirrorBit.
