Upgrades AMAT, KLAC, and ATMI to TRADING BUY from Mkt Outperform, NVLS, LRCX, and AEIS to TRADING BUY from Mkt Perform, ACLS to MKT OUTPERFORM from Mkt Perform, MKSI to MKT OUTPERFORM from Mkt Underperform, and CMOS to MKT PERFORM from Mkt Underperform.
