It was akin to David Watkins using the WH helicopter to transport him and his buddies to golf courses. Nothing more.

Let's see... illegally selling arms to one of our most bitter enemies, illegally funneling part of the proceeds to a group actively involved in smuggling drugs into the US. President's men take the rap, President is either lying or asleep at the wheel....

Yeah, just about on a par with using the helicopter for a golf course run.
