I haven't read it yet except for the head line, but I would probably agree with you. That still does not discredit my complaint though in the previous post. Fair is fair. And we all know it is just an excuse to discriminate against smokers. I agree smoking is not healthy, and I would like to some dayquit But I don't need my frigging government raping my pocket book by passing this law . Their claims too are very frivolous and with out merit. I know full well I ain't gonna get any assistance or free medical treatment when I get ill from smoking.
