I wanted to smoke it! I don't care if people smoke and so far am not one of the dreaded mean ole reformed smokers...lol.. I had a friend who quit years ago and banned me from smoking in her house. Really cut down on our visits <g>..

If the tax isn't applied to loose tobacco, I'd just roll my own! I smoked Camel too btw... at the end was up to 3 pks per day unless I had an all-nighter. I also didn't want to quit but we were spending so much money on them and smoking so much that our health was suffering.

For a while I was able to smoke fewer than 5 per day. My reasoning was that if I could just have a little discipline I would not have to give up the habit. Unfortunately, an addiction is tough to maintain control over and at the first sign of stress I was convincing myself that an extra couple today wouldnt hurt anything and before I knew it..I was right back where I started ;o)..

So this last time I decided that if I couldn't do it, I would never try to quit again. It's just a miserable thing to go thru - and I'm still on the nicorette! But if I ever start again, I will just nail the old coffin shut with them. ..lol..
