Sounds like a pretty bulletproof plan....

Ask any brokerage to broker cd's. If you have more then 100K in MM ask them to divide in 100K lots and deposit in cd's in difernent banks. Ie take 1 Mill and SSB divides between 10 banks at 100K each. SSB divides it into Citibank in diferent states which gives you full 100K in each state Citibank(all seperate companies). That way you have 1mill FDIC insured>>

I buy them in $95,000 lots since in most cases you will get your interest owed and if you have $100,000 you will not get it.
