1. I cannot recall another company that required or asked for stockholder approval of a reverse split.
2. Check what happened to Scient (SCNT and SCNTD and kaput).

Oh, RIGHT! The CEO of this company must be hoping that NO ONE is looking..... But, I have a hunch that Mr. Jain will get his wish, and still become that poster boy.... but those funny black lines that look like bars keep getting in the way on the poster....
