All the Tools are in Place for the great Capitulation. Each day Mr Market in conjunction with his allies the Hedgies, mark stocks down lower and lower without regard to anything fundamental like positive news of earnings growth rates or changes in technical paradigms. yada yada yada

Perhaps thousands of Hedge funds have been set up to specificly help this process along. Law firms all over the country began raising pools of private capital since last year for the specific purpose of this Eventual capitulation.

These folks have no fear of the normal market flow, they know where it's going and why. JQP & his traditional partners for investing the mutual funds are being forced out of their shares by an agnostic bunch bent on their destruction. In the world of science fiction a better script could not have been conceived.

Everyday the Short covering is managed and controlled, everyday Mr Market accomadates his associates with conditions to favor this script.

Why not just call this the Great Transfer of Wealth play, put on and executed to the benefit of the few over the many.

The market is always about Supply and demand...all action happens against the float...blah blah blah.

I don't believe we have seen the worst. Valuation still up in Da Moon for current and future earnings. People still have a big fat profits from the 80's and 90's especially Da Boomers. However old money is leaving and ain't coming back. Not enough fresh money to prop up the market. More valuation correction coming in 3Q02.
