For someone who claims he wasn't watching, you have seen all there was to see.

Another very bad day and, unfortunately, a day which exposed the myth that gold/stocks are a hedge against uncertainty in the world markets and world economy. In fact, the past few weeks have exposed the myth of paper investments, generally, in that none can withstand a massive bear attack by short-sellers. Indeed, a lesson one has to learn over and over and, for some reason, never remembers.

At least we know one thing and that is the gold price will not stay above $325 for very long. Now, our concern is will it stay above $300?
