No one has a crystal ball...the market appears to be putting in a bottom. But we will only know this in "hindsight"...the technician in me thinks we will probably have to test the lows - when this "exuberant" rally plays out. BUT that may be a widely held opinion and thus invalid. My suggestion to my friends is - get your target list in tact...pick target prices at which to buy an initial position (not your "full line")...only add more on a SCALE UP...be ready to cut losses at no more than 10%...
