Iran is on record as stating that they will use an Atomic Bomb against Israel as soon as they have one.

I'm curious: when did that statement go on the record, and who made it?

I find it hard to believe that it's more than typical Arab hyperbole, given the certainty of retaliation in kind.

that is hardly a news. Putin made it clear few months back that he will honor prior deals signed with Iran that is Russia is going to build Nuclear Reactors in Iran.
Russia wants to become an equal partner in NATO so Putin may change his mind if he would get the offer

I was surprised too. Perhaps this is the price of Russia's agreement to a US invasion of Iraq. The reactors bring in some cash.

That's an interesting story on the Russians and the Iranians, LB. And do you still believe Saddam is the most likely source for the dispersal of WMDs or someone who plays to the highest bidder on the world market?
