Commercials likely have reversed their strong short positions this Thursday and Friday, assuming the drop was largely due to speculator long liquidation. The reason is that the volume on these two days is more than double what used to be commercials net short position as of Tuesday.

Editing: That refers to gold, not silver. Wrong thread, sorry
