I like certainty, low interest rates and job creation. It spurs better. Check the 8 years of Clinton/Gore vs. Reagan/Bush/Bush. One of the things the Bush economic team says is the reason for the LARGER than expected deficit is: Tax receipts are LOWER. They are blaming the lower capital gains tax receipts (which they would like to lower more) for the LARGER deficit. Managing the economy is an art more than a science but I fear Jr. and his economic team have neither the creative nor logical skill set to grasp the task.
