Oh, really? Have you tried? I dare you to find out how much sodium is in Popeye's red beans and rice, a personal favorite of mine. Or the fat content of the McDonald's grilled chicken flatbread, which I'm told is tasty but I have never tried because the restaurant doesn't know how healthy it is.

Some of the fast food chains have pretty good information but it's often not in the restaurants. I know because I've asked a lot. Most folks staffing those places don't even know what you're talking about when you ask.

I agree with you on principle regarding the legal extortion. OTOH, I think they should tell us what's in their food just as Green Giant does on a package of frozen veggies. It would be the civic minded thing to do. If it takes some publicity to get them to shape up, I can forgive it. Now, if this guy really thinks he's personally entitled to compensation for his bad habits, he's even dumber than the atheist with the Pledge issue.
