most of the financial talking heads i listened to on friday were suggesting at the minimum we are looking at a tradable rally off the "low".

I don't doubt that we could go down hard on monday.
In fact I give it a better than 50/50 chance the DOw and the COMP could both see declines of 2% or better.
But I just didn't need to take the chance.
With my luck the markets would tank but there would be news out on all my shorts and they would all be up like 5%+ so I just want to stroll into Monday with a fresh slate.
Remember I got emotionally beaten up with my miners last week so I am happy to just to be flat in the morning.

I haven't had a chance to read any threads or get any feel for the sentiment over thew weekend. We have the grand opening at the race track tonight and Cielo's birthday party tomorrow so time is tight right now.

I usually like to watch Fox news on Saturday mornings. For about two or three hours starting at 10 AM(EST) on Saturdays they talk stocks, markets and economy in general.
Usually there are a bunch of morons on there but I enjoy it. And it gives me a chance to watch Tom Sellers whom I like and have a good amount of respect for.
Anyhow I didn't even have time to watch that today.
I think they rerun it Sunday mornings too.

Oh, and Terry Keenan is over on Fox too. I always enjoy watching her.
Heck she doesn't even have to talk. Some times it's better when she doesn't!

P.S> Does anyone think those people trapped in the mine in Pa. are still alive?
That's a very sad thing. I couldn't imagine being stuck 200ft.+ under the earth.
Yikes, just the thought gives me the willies.
