Just what I thought there Base Commander. Just another strict-constructionist when it's convenient type. I guess you find your constitutional right to drive on federally-funded highways through a combination of the authority of the federal government to provide for the general welfare, and the necessary and proper clause. If there is some other basis for it, let everyone here know what it is. Otherwise, we will all be left to assume that you're stuck relying with same constitutional basis that supports other federally funded programs. How about it there Cy?
