Provide what you consider to be "equitable" income-tax rates ... and don't try to weasel out by saying the income-tax system should be replaced by a national sales tax. As far as vouchers, did you read the piece in the Washington Post today about problems ahead for vouchers in Detroit? Probably not. If it ain't in newsmax or worldnetdaily, it ain't news that you (personally) can use. Let me know if you can't find the piece. I'll post it.
