A good sign for VeriSign?
In a June 10th filing with the SEC, Capital Group International reported that it owned or controlled 28,044,210 shares of VRSN.

Their 13F filing for 2002Q1 showed a position of 16,788,190. Adding 11,256,020 shares - an increase of 67% - is a pretty strong vote of confidence in VRSN's future.
