One of the solutions, Ish, is to repeal the Kennedy Oct 1963 "deinstitutionization" law that they signed (look this up in Google...simply amazing info!!!) ....Bobby and Jack Kennedy decided their sister Rosemary would have been better off if she had had more home health care...and not been hospitalized for so long (of course, they forgot their father had her lobotimized.... SOOOOOOOO the funding for the hospitals (including mental hospitals) started to come down, and the home health care was to rise.... In the 1970's, the ACLU got into it...(making more problems) including one that effectively said that NO one could put ANYONE into a hospital or mental hospital without THEIR permission, UNLESS court ordered.... By the 1980-'s, the funding continued down for the hospitals, and was to come up for the home health care. What they FORGOT, was many of the people didn't have a home, so how could they get home health care.... We ALSO had a DEMOCRAT run Congress for 40 years, until the mid 1990's..... SOOOO It is my guess that some of these creeps that are abducting the children, are known to have mental problems, but there isn't a place to put them. And NOW we know that pedophiles will NEVER get well.... So, there doesn't seem to be a lock up for them. What should we do?.....How about an island in the South Pacific, surrounded by sharks, where these "people" could vacation for the rest of their life.... But then, what do I know....????
