Pepperoni is deadly, like smoked ham hocks. Sigh. And pizza has parmesan on it. And fresh yeast in the crust. Sigh.

I get the pre-migraine brain-bruise effect, too, but usually fiorinal will abort the thing if I take it early enough. Or half a fiorinal, even, plus an aspirin.

Once I was in an airport, running for the gate, and I was hungry and also felt a migraine coming on, and some impulse (well, the thought that I was going to have to hit it with something heavy anyway) made me veer into a shop and buy an Almond Joy and eat it as I hurried along, and the headache went away immediately. Something to do with the stage at which the chocolate hit the perniciously expanding or contracting blood vessels. Wouldn't it be excellent if the standard treatment for migraine was pizza and chocolate? Why isn't life like that I wonder.

I want to go up in a hot air balloon.

That was a new subject.
