This is mainly a device to avoid paying Estate taxes, which shouldn't even exist. You work your entire life to build a business. You are successful at it. You pay taxes your entire life on the money you make. You employ other people, paying them salaries so they can pay taxes to the government, and when it's time to die, the government still thinks they are ENTITLED to over half of what you have built. And there are people here against this loophole? This reeks of envy. Liberalism and class warfare is working....... Regards, BobP
