Yes, I am fighting the Fed. The Fed cannot due sh!t in the SHORT-RUN (2-3 years). It cannot print enough money to monetize $32 trillion of debt, 1/2 of that, or even 1/2 of that. The Fed controls short-term rates. It cannot control spreads or the willingness of banks to lend or borrowers to borrow.

You can be dang sure that Citicorp and JP Morgan won't be lending to the next schmuck that comes around.

When sh!t hits the fan, the wagons circle. It's simple game theory and what he have here is called Prisoner's Dilemma.

Wall St is bailing. I know this because I work in the middle of it. Everybody wants a summer rally. Sorry, ain't no summer rally. Even J6P gets the picture, if not fully. Vix/Vxn, bearish sentiment, oversold...they'll mean just as much in a bear market as their opposites did in the bull market - which is jack squat.

As Ice Cube would say, "watch yo back jack," cuz it's time to get out of Dodge.
