Of course. As usual. TEOMOP. I was just elucidating the obvious, that the righteous indignation of whites at the idea of affirmative action isn't all that righteous, when you keep that in mind.

Justice consists of making arrangements that working fairly equally in everyone's favor.

That sounds simple, but it's soooo not-simple. What does it even mean? For example: Does it mean "equally in each group's favor," or "equally in each individual's favor"?

Does it mean equal opportunity or equal results? How and why do these two things differ and what can be done about that, or should be?

What does "equal opportunity" mean, given the advantages some have over others on the day they're born? Does it mean anything?

I think it does mean something. What precisely it means and how we should implement the principle is of course a subject of contention.
