ERICY - A rights offering I see. If the rights will be traded the way to play it would be to buy ERICY the day before the x-date, dump your ERICY in premarket the next day, then sell your rights as quickly as possible, whenever you get them and they start trading.

If they will not trade then it's anyone's guess what to do. Usually the stock drops to the value of the rights. 8 billion shares need to find a home.
