These guys are the "Robber Barons" on the Internet bubble. Things didn't end well for all the robber barons on the railway. And your point is? The guys mentioned in the article---Anschutz, Nacchio, Winnick, Ebbers are all walking around free men--- retired and wealthy; only a couple of token people will likely actually be called to account for the excesses of the nineties. Most of the so called investigations instigated by Congress typically lead nowhere.
