Rascal,
The "a" team made some mistakes.
Now the "a+" team is going to have to crack some heads, take some hits and smooth it over.

There are political issues and aspects that will also have to be dealt with. Insiders at Enron have not yet been charged and for good reason, however the government may not be able to avoid pressing charges. The wild card is that Enron insiders have been Republican insiders with access to power as well as big contributors to the party. If they are charged, not only will it send the wrong message to other contributors, but who knows what secrets they will tell- the "if I'm going down, you are coming with me" scenario. Never under estimate the power of American tabloid journalism and the impact it can have in the voting booth.
