C'mon....we are too busy with White plus Lay, Skillings and Fastow are not in handcuffs yet. When Rubin is Secretary of the Treasury again you can bet we will go after him. But then he will get the economy back on track so we probably won't. So, ENE and all scandals is just a method to attack the Republicans. You do not want or care if justice or accountability is restored. As long as you can use it as a political weapon. It really is all about power and greed with your party and not what's best for this country.
