Just for fun, I was looking at all the same charts earlier, or time frames. I concluded:

1.1000 nasdaq low between now and late fall.
2.Rise to 1800 by spring 03.
3.Drop to 1250 by fall 03.
4.Rise to 2500 by early 05.
5.Peak of 3750-4250 by early 07.
6.Nasdaq spends all the next 15 years between 1500 and 3000, with most of it under 2000.
7. A new Bull starts in the mid to late teens, and the nasdaq runs from the 1500 level in 2015 to 20,000 in 2040. The dow hits 100,000 in 2040.

I might even live long enough to see it.

Jeff, logical thinking. The one thing we may want to consider is fibonacci targets instead of percentage targets, as the 40's high was a 50% re-trace of the drop from the 1929 high. That may mean we may not see 3500 for more than a decade.
