I'm sure it is within boundary of a true statement. He didn't say something very specific by this statement: "we have the best yield in the world". You could divide fab in let say 3 categories: the poor one in the last 1/3, the good one in the second third and finally the best one in the top third. And very probably AMD as well as Intel are in the best category.

Gottfried, I realize that English is not your first language so let me explain the significance of his claim. In saying the best, he is saying "to the exclusion of all others". He is separating AMD's yields from all others and saying their yields are better than any other. With this new definition what do you think of Jerry's claim now?
