The Zionists must think the entire world trusts them not to launch a nuclear attack, yet they have proven with their recent actions that they can and will launch an attack of any order against any enemy of any order to further their position.

What exactly are you referring to? You must be privy to some news item that escaped me. If Israel had shown that they "can and will launch an attack of any order against any enemy of any order to further their position" then the claims of a massacre at Jenin would have been true, and the entire West Bank, Gaza, and southern Lebanon would be a bloodbath. Israel would have used far less discerning methods than sending in troops to go house to house. Considering the threat, Israel has shown, on the contrary, amazing reservation.

The fact that Israel has 400+++ nukes and has never yet fired one in anger is commendable .Yet under a scenario where Israel finds itself without conventional superiority, can anyone here say for certain that Israel will not launch weapons of mass destruction?

That is the entire point of having those weapons is it not? The whole point of having nuclear weapons is first, to deter your enemies from attacking you, and two to be the great leveler in the event you are overwhelmed in conventional warfare.

There lies the uneven weight in the balance of power scenario that the West and the East did not have to consider.

That is precisely the balance of power scenario the West and East had to consider. The Soviet Union after WWII vastly outnumbered the West in conventional forces.

Israel has continued to exist by force of arms. ALONE. It is only by the continued strength of Israeli conventional forces, and the doomsday reserve of nuclear weapons, that keeps it in existence. Or do you believe the Arabs wouldn't overrun Israel if it unilaterally disarmed?
