P4 failures Dan, you are desperate aren't you... Everyone knows that overclocking is a dangerous game if you crank the voltage up too far. This thread indicates that thermals aren't an issue (yet you then make a post detailing "more thermal problems"). I'm sorry, but you're rapidly losing any last minute shred of credibility you possessed.

There is a growing database of evidence of P4 cpu's dying from high voltage to the core. Anything over the Intel spec of 1.75 MAX is dangerous. I lost a 2.2 and a 1.6 at 1.95 and 2.0 volts, the interconnects broke down from the voltage after only 2 weeks... both were cooled very well, one in a Vap0, the other peltier cooled. I also lost a 2.4 at only 1.85 volts in three weeks with chilled watercooling. This is your "evidence" of Pentium 4s failing in the field? Dan3, you are a despicable twit. You site some pimply-assed fan boy overclocker who ran a few Intel Pentium 4s far above their MAXIMIUM recommended operating voltage - and the chips of course died. You truly are a pathalogical liar and a complete ass.
