Wish I knew, but in the best case I dont think we can rally through the numbers on wednesday. I think up today tomorrow then pull back consolidation. I am taking a roadmap from the sept 11th rally which took 6 months and slowly grinded higher. My guess is 4-6 months will be needed to remove fear and entice greed to return. Sentiment measured by MA of P/C and VIX along with surveys is very bearish and we need a litlle help removing the fear.
