re: Bill Gates not having a problem with "The Law of Crappy People" when expanding his work force.

Every month on the evening of the full moon Bill Gates would venture into the woods behind his home and howl at the moon. As if a miracle had occurred , the following days and weeks would bring a great volume of competent and eager job applicants. And Mr. Gates found that most if not all of these newly hired employees surpassed even his expectations for brilliance, dedication, hard work, long hours and loyalty.
Last week on Wednesday evening Mr. Gates again enjoyed howling at the full moon and it is rumored that Microsoft Human Resources personnel are working long hours to keep up with the new hire work load.
