augie, I agree about the 2 weeks to spare

Until then a big question will be whether the naz drags down the Dow, or the Dow drags up the naz. Maybe neither will occur.

Did you see that GS bought 10,000 calls on the SMH Thursday and then upgraded the chips on Friday? Gee, what a coincidence . . . . .

breadth and volume will be a most important gauge for measuring this rally going forward i think...that and the overhead resistance of many necklines.
