OT - RO, Thanks! And, regarding your trading questions:

RE: "My question to you is it seems you were able to short in a negative market and win consistently. Was this mostly a function of waiting for each rise during the day then shorting as the buying slowed then proceeded lower while you had caught near the top short?"

When trading, I always have an opinion as to where I believe the stock is heading (that moment, that hour, that day, etc.). I look for opportunities when the stock doesn't move with my expectations. Too much divergence is cause for concern, but a little divergence is often playable.

RE: "What strategy would you take here were you still day trading it, I mean in general terms? Short tops or long bottoms. I.e., has the negativity created a good bounce off all intra day bottoms approach or is it still in the short all tops camp. Obviously an attempt to do both is ideal but where will the bias be in the coming month from your studied radar?"

Geez, tough call to make in this environment! Still, my bias would be to selectively short the tops over the coming month. I have to admit I don't like what I'm seein' in the equipment sector right now. This is one opinion I definitely hope I'm wrong about!
