Really.......like real estate partnerships? I don't want to rehash a subject you obviously have no understanding of. As a CPA who specialized in real estate transactions, set up and maintained many, many limited parterships, I'm pretty confident in my knowledge (again, our earlier dispute was simply over the meaning of the term "liability", which you obviously didn't quite understand and distinguish from "liability exposure"--two different things; as an amateur, I don't think anyone would necessarily expect you to understand these terms).
