Ed, if he's guilty, he's guilty!

how many times do I have to say this. Right now none of us has seen the evidence. The only thing I do know is that the 911 accusations are bogus. As for the charges, I don't know yet I am suspect about a few. Tony didn't wire funds to the FBI guy. The other guy did who was not an employee of tonys. The bit about the ceo of nsol being a felon is public knowledge. Why pay the fbi for that info when it's not necessary? Makes no sense to me. Shorting is not illegal. Shorting as an enterprise? Whenever any short releases a short report a bunch of people will act on it just like a company releasing a positive PR hoping that a bunch of people will act on it. What's illegal about that?

My only motive is to see him get fair treatment. So far I don't see this happening. He should be allowed bail. He should be allowed to afford his own attorney.

What financial motive could I possibly have here? I have nothing to gain and everything to lose by standing up for him in this very public forum. All I get from it is harassed by a few of you tony bashers. I don't like it but I'm willing to deal with it.
