1. TREASURYS OF ALL MATURITIES

2. REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS (NOT PRIMARY HOMES)

these are the remaining asset bubbles in our nation

it will take time, maybe more than a year
but things are happening fast here in the past few months
I expect the next downleg for the US$ will prick TBonds
then later comes real estate, after more job losses
