Dale if Tony brings that $650,000 back do you think the Gov't will nab it on a RICO feature? He's gotta be thinking of that. It could be all he can protect?
Hell I don't know.

The government seized tony's assets

This will probably be a long and costly trial. How long can he pay his legal and personal bills with his assets seized and an inability to work? Not forever.

Bail has not yet been granted. The others got bail without having to give financial statements. They also didn't get the same 911 smear job. It takes time to get financial statements. I really doubt tony's team is just sitting around doing nothing. You know tony wants out and will make sure his attorney and friends do all they can as fast as they can.

When/if he can get the money back into the country, don't you think the government will seize it? He can't use that for his legal defense or living expenses.
