HJM,re:"TXN...$22.75". Boy, you'll be so rich. Didn't
you buy 'MSFT...$42" couple of days ago? Man, you're
on a roll.
"I need the money". Instead of chasing for 'never enough
money' (and not smart enough to do so), my wife and I
think we have to retire either in Thailand or Taiwan(if
the RED ONE not going to erase it on earth) where we still
can afford.

This country has too much insurance, tax for the wage-earner
type. The real-estate people also scared us and we cannot
bear the pressure of getting those 'bag-holder-mortgage'
( big mortgage, low(no) interest ) on fear of having to
pay the BIG principle at the wrong time.

Someone on some thread alerting us on '$300/yr engineer',
that really worry me. Without the 'day-trading' skill and
management caliber, it would not be wise to take on a
'big-mortgage'. Just reserve those for the elite, the
chosen.
