Actually, since republicans are never accountable nor responsible for anything, let me correct my assertion. While it's true that for 18 of the past 30 years Republicans have been presidents, they were completely ineffectual because of the Democrat majority in both houses. However, Clinton and Carter were completely responsible for everything that happened while they were in office (unless it was something good) because Republican presidents hold office as figureheads for the real rulers of the country that have always been Democrats, who are never figureheads when they become president simply to wreck cyberken's day.
