more clowns on TV continue to emphasize low inventories how incompetent can they be? how ignorant of economic history are they? inventory levels are not so important what if capex fails to resuscitate? what if the consumer falters under the weight of debt? what if the dollar decline gradually causes higher rates? what if companies simply cannot turn a profit? what if the next dollar downdraft leads to net European selling of stocks, and even bonds? what if layoffs rise to eventually hurt real estate? what if economists and analysts are legally required to take their genitalia out of their clients' arses? / jim
