That's right, Bill ... How long will investors put up with AMD continual string
of quarterly losses ?? I really don't see AMD making much improvement
in market share for the rest of 2002 ... This means that the only way for
AMD to make any money is to:

1) Increase ASP's - Highly unlikely ... In fact the opposite will occur.

2) Turn around in demand - Not in AMD's control, very risky to count on.

3) Cut expenses/costs - This will take headcount reductions and could work
temporarily.

This could lead to a further 50% reduction in AMD share price, IMHO.
