AOL and AT&T Are Nearing Deal on Entertainment Stake

Locked in talks over the fate of their Time Warner Entertainment joint venture, AT&T and AOL Time Warner were preparing today to ask their appraiser, Bank of America, to withhold its opinion on how much AT&T's stake in the operation is worth, according to executives close to the companies.
