It helps when a president (Clinton) says, "We're going to build a bridge to the future." (CSCO). It also helps when a president (within the last 7 days) says, "My experience with Wall Street is that they buy ye or sell ye depending on if it's in their interest." Interest. Banks. I would interpret that as a hint toward certain unnamed money-center banks whose stocks are cheap as dirt. PB
