Geeze man, my dad called me today for goodness sakes, asking whether I opined that the waters were safe. We are at such a sweet inflection point there. It's delightful. I am down to about 75% cash now and will double-up the tech shorts, with likely a bank thrown in, for only 50% cash, *if* I smell confirmation to the downside. That next 20% short would then be on a short leash on a stop against the previous high -- a high that either came today for tech or will come shortly and should come by Wed AM for non-tech. I won't be stubborn.
