Fact is you tried to take advantage of a "banking error".

Your greed screwed you. You knew it wasn't your stock and you tried to get over on some rookie at the brokerage. You got Karma'd in yer face.

basically you saw all this money in your account from the split. apparently it was a large % of your account. Then you tried to sliver your way into NDB to your story.

You sold the shares you knew you were not entitled to.

The burden is on you not the broker dealer. Thats why you blew up
