The danger here is that the administration seems ready to engage in war with Iraq in order to boost its political image prior to the November elections. If that happens, the markets will take a nother tumble, and stocks like QCOM will fare worse than others.

Recent polls show the majority Kuwaitis chant death to America along with the rest of the Arabs. Apparently, they already forgot they are only alive right now because of the U.S. It looks like they will soon learn to like us again.
